Apple is warning its investors about its new products, saying that its new and future products might never be as profitable as its iPhones. The disclosure comes as Apple pursues newer technologies like AI (artificial intelligence) and mixed-reality headsets.

Apple added this statement in its latest annual report as first reported by the Financial Times.

“New products, technologies, and services may replace existing offerings and produce lower revenues and profit than previous products and technologies. Which can impact the company’s business.

Last week, Apple reported a 6% rise in revenue.
